Within by Dari Liability Waiver and Terms of Service
Waiver & Release
By booking or attending any Within by Dari class, event, or session (including yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing), whether held indoors or outdoors, I acknowledge that these activities involve physical and emotional exertion and may carry inherent risks. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily, in good health, and responsible for my own physical and mental well-being. I agree to listen to my body, modify or stop as needed, and seek medical advice where appropriate.
I understand that outdoor classes are weather-dependent. If a class is cancelled due to rain or unsafe conditions, I will receive a class credit to use toward a future booking.
I understand that classes with fewer than three booked participants may be cancelled, and in this case, I will receive a class credit to rebook another session.
I release and discharge Within by Dari, its guides, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law. By continuing, I accept these terms.
