Requesting deletion of your account
How to ask for your account and data to be removed, and what to expect afterwards.
You can ask us to close your Within by Dari account and remove your personal information at any time. Here's how to make the request and what happens once you have.
Before you request it
A few minutes of tidying up now saves confusion later:
- Cancel any active membership — closing your account is not the same as cancelling a subscription. Cancel the plan first so billing stops cleanly.
- Use or write off any credits — unused classes and credits do not survive the account.
- Save anything you want to keep — receipts and booking history will no longer be available to you afterwards.
Making the request
-
Open the You tab
Then go into your account settings.
-
Choose to delete your account
You will find it at the bottom of the settings screen, away from everything else.
-
Confirm
We ask you to confirm because it cannot be undone from your side. Once confirmed, the request is logged and we are notified.
What happens next
Your future access is closed off first: upcoming reservations and waitlist places are released, and you'll no longer be able to book. Your personal details are then removed from our systems. We do keep the records we're legally required to hold — payment and invoice records, for example — and those are kept only for as long as the law requires.
