I’m Dari, the owner and teacher behind Within by Dari. My yoga journey began nine years ago, when I turned to yoga and breath work to help manage anxiety. These practices taught me presence, resilience, and how to come home to myself — and that’s what I now love sharing with others.
In my classes, I guide mindful movement and conscious breath to help regulate the nervous system and create more balance. I teach with intuition and softness, offering a grounding space where you can slow down, listen inward, and move in ways that feel nourishing rather than perfect.
Through both yoga and breath work, my intention is always the same: to support you in finding clarity, calm, and a deeper connection to yourself.
