How your plan's classes or credits work
How allowances are counted, when they reset, and what happens when you run out.
Whether your plan gives you classes per cycle or a block of credits, the counting works the same way. This explains when something is deducted, when it comes back, and what happens when you run out.
When something is used
At the moment you book, not when you attend. That's how the app can hold your place — the class is already accounted for. You'll see the number drop on your membership screen straight away.
When it comes back
You cancel in time
Returned in full, immediately. Cancel inside the free window and you are exactly where you started.
You cancel late, or do not turn up
Not returned. The class counts as used, the same as if you had attended.
We cancel the class
Returned in full, however close to the start time it happens. You are never out of pocket for our changes.
When allowances reset
A recurring plan with a set number of classes resets each billing cycle, on your renewal date. Unless your plan explicitly says otherwise, unused classes don't roll over into the next cycle — they're an allowance, not a balance.
Credits from a pack behave differently: they sit on your account until you use them, and only disappear if the pack has an expiry date. If yours does, the date is shown on your membership screen so it never sneaks up on you.
