Joining a membership plan
How to choose and subscribe to a plan, including what you're agreeing to.
Ready to commit? Joining a plan takes a couple of minutes and you can start booking with it straight away. Here's the process, and what you're agreeing to when you tap the button.

Look at what we offer
Open the Studio tab in the app, or the Plans and Packs pages on this website.

Open the plan you want
The detail screen sets out what is included, what it costs, and how often you are billed.

Read the terms on the card
This is where any minimum term, expiry date or booking limit is spelled out. It is worth thirty seconds.

Enter your payment details
Handled securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

Confirm
The first payment is taken, the plan becomes active immediately, and you can book with it right away.
What you're agreeing to
The price and the cycle
How much, and how often. A recurring plan keeps billing on that cycle until you cancel it.
What is included
Unlimited classes, or a set number per cycle, or a block of credits.
Any minimum term
Some plans ask you to stay for a set period. If yours does, the card says so before you buy.
When it renews
Recurring plans renew on their own. You will always see the next renewal date on your membership screen.
