Understanding the cancellation policy
How our cancellation window works and what counts as a late cancellation.
Our cancellation policy exists for one reason: classes have a fixed number of places, and an empty spot helps nobody. Cancel in time and the place goes to someone on the waitlist. Here's how the window works.
The cancellation window
Every class has a cut-off a set number of hours before it starts. Cancel before the cut-off and it's a normal cancellation — whatever paid for the class comes back to you, and nothing is counted against you. Cancel after it, and it's a late cancellation.
In time
Your credit or class allowance is returned. The spot is offered to the waitlist. Nothing is recorded against you.
Too late
The class counts as used, and a penalty may apply. Not turning up at all is treated the same way.
Things worth knowing
- The window is measured against the class start time, not the time you booked.
- Times are shown in the local time of the location running the class.
- If a waitlist booked you in late, the window still runs from the class start — so check it as soon as you hear.
- If we cancel or move a class, none of this applies to you. You're never penalised for our changes.
