When a class is moved or cancelled by us
How we let you know if a class time changes or the studio closes, and what to do next.
Occasionally we have to change a class — an instructor is unwell, a room is unavailable, or we're closed for a public holiday. When that happens you'll hear from us, and you'll never be out of pocket for a change we made.
How we tell you
We message everyone booked into the affected class as soon as we know. The booking in your You tab updates to match, so the app always shows the current state of things — if the two ever disagree, trust the app.
What each kind of change means
A different instructor
The class runs as normal with someone else teaching. Your booking is unchanged. If that is not what you signed up for, cancel as usual — just do it before the window closes.
A new time or room
Your booking moves with the class. Check the new details in your bookings, and cancel if the new time does not suit — a change we made will never count against you.
The class is cancelled
Your booking is cancelled for you and whatever paid for it goes back: a credit returns to your pack, a class returns to your allowance, and anything paid directly is put right.
The studio is closed
Every class in the closure period is cancelled and everything is returned the same way. If a closure runs long enough to eat into a membership, we sort that out too.
