Cancelling a booking
How to cancel a class you can no longer attend.
Life happens. If you can't make a class, cancel it in the app — it takes a few seconds, and it frees your spot for someone on the waitlist.
How to cancel

Open the You tab
Your upcoming bookings are at the top.

Tap the booking
This opens its detail screen.

Choose Cancel booking
The screen shows whether you are still inside the free cancellation window before you commit.

Confirm
Your place is released straight away and the class disappears from your upcoming bookings. We email you a confirmation.
What happens to what paid for it
Cancel within the window and whatever was used goes back where it came from: a credit returns to your pack, and a class on your plan's allowance is freed up again. Cancel after the window has closed and it counts as used — see our guides on the cancellation policy and on late cancellations for exactly how that works.
